Hello everyone, hope all are doing well. I received the following update regarding our new insurance policy on Sunday but wasn't able to address it until now.
It appears that there were a couple of question about the policy that needed to be answered before it could be approved.
Are the off-premises activities of ATV’s & Side by Sides covered under this policy? If no, Would the policy defend the Club if a lawsuit is received
What is Exclusion ( Athletic Participants) Description of Operations: Any/All Athletic Activities – Does this exclude all exposures of the ATV”s & Side by Sides? And does this mean there would be no defense coverage because of the exclusion
We are hoping to get a reply in the next couple of days. Hope and pray that this comes together for the club.
