Insurance Update from another company

As we discussed earlier this week, the Underwriter declined our offer to quote your insurance needs, due to the nighttime rides.

I recommend that you draft a note on Foothills letter head/stationery , indicating that Night Rides will no longer occur, effective immediately.  Sign that statement and send it over so I can show the Underwriter, that you are committed to this.

It will be interesting to see if this is just a stall tactic or legit.
