What is the process / policy now to bring a guest rider along? Are there any new membership slots still avaliable?

The process for guest riders has changed. They will have to register through the website as a guest rider and submit the 2025 ATV OPERATOR'S DEFENSE, INDEMNITY & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT signed in front of a Notary Public. Once this document has been signed the original must be mailed to

Once this information has been submitted the club member of the guest must request a day pass for each person that will be riding with them from the President as our site isn't currently setup for receiving payments. That is coming soon along with membership renewals.
AS for new membership slots, not sure how many are available currently. President has that information. If anyone is interested in becoming a member, this club has a waiting list and memberships are awarded in the order your Waiting List Membership Application is received. Prior members and people living in the local area are given priority on the waiting list.
I do want to apologize about not responding to this post sooner. It came through to me as a submitted email and I did not catch on that it was a forum post.
